Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Georgia GoDrive Traffic School LLC is a Georgia DDS-licensed Driver Improvement Clinic. All payments, attendance, and completion requirements are governed by Georgia DDS regulations and the executed Student Contract.
By registering for a course, you agree to this policy.
Payment & Enrollment
- Full payment is required to reserve your seat.
- Enrollment is not final until payment is received and the DDS Student Contract is completed.
- All required instruction must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days of your original enrollment date.
- If the course is not completed within sixty (60) days, enrollment is void and full re-registration with payment is required.
No partial credit or temporary certificates will be issued.
Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Issued
A full refund will be provided only if:
- The Clinic cancels the class, or
- The Clinic fails to offer the course within sixty (60) days of payment, as required by DDS regulations.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Late arrival
- Partial attendance
- Leaving early
- No-shows
- Cancellation or rescheduling less than one (1) hour before class
- Failure to complete required sessions within sixty (60) days
- Failure to sign the DDS Student Contract
- Dismissal for misconduct, impairment, cheating, or rule violations
No prorated refunds or partial credits are allowed under any circumstance.
Attendance & Late Policy
- Students must arrive on time and attend the full class session.
- Late students cannot be admitted under Georgia DDS rules.
- Late arrival is treated as absence.
For remote classes:
- Students must remain visible on camera at all times.
- Turning off the camera or disconnecting after instruction begins may result in dismissal without refund.
Rescheduling Policy
You may transfer to another available class and retain your original course fee if:
- You provide notice at least one (1) full hour before the scheduled start time; and
- You complete the course within sixty (60) calendar days of your original enrollment date.
If you cancel less than one (1) hour before class or fail to appear:
- The session is forfeited.
- No refund will be issued.
- Re-enrollment requires full payment.
Emergency Consideration
Documented emergencies (such as hospitalization or serious medical events) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to DDS compliance and the sixty (60) day completion requirement.
Conduct & Dismissal
Students must attend sober, follow instructor directions, and comply with all DDS and Clinic rules.
Dismissal for misconduct, impairment, cheating, falsification of information, or failure to follow attendance rules constitutes breach of contract and results in no refund.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in denial of services and collection action as permitted by Georgia law.
