Course Price

The contract price for the Six (6) Hour Driver Improvement Course is:

Ninety-Five Dollars ($95.00)

This price applies per student, per enrollment.

Full payment is required prior to the start of class in accordance with the Student Contract.


Payment Requirements

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of online registration to reserve a seat.
  • Seats are not secured until payment is successfully processed.
  • Enrollment is not finalized until payment is received and the DDS Student Contract is fully executed.

Failure to complete required documentation may result in cancellation of enrollment.


Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Accepted methods include:

  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
  • Digital wallets supported by Stripe (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, where available)

Cash payments are not accepted through the website.


Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Georgia GoDrive Traffic School LLC does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.


Billing Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize Georgia GoDrive Traffic School LLC and its payment processor to:

  • Charge your selected payment method for $95.00
  • Issue electronic receipts
  • Contact you regarding payment processing issues

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • An electronic receipt will be issued.
  • A class confirmation email will be sent.
  • The student must complete and sign the official DDS Student Contract prior to attending class.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or fails:

  • Registration is not confirmed.
  • A seat is not reserved.
  • The student must submit a valid payment method.

The Clinic is not responsible for losses resulting from failed payment attempts.


Refunds, Transfers & Completion Window

Refunds and rescheduling are governed by the executed Student Contract and published Refund Policy.

Key provisions include:

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by DDS regulations or if the Clinic cancels the course.
  • Cancellation or transfer requires at least one (1) full hour notice prior to class start time.
  • Late cancellation, no-show, partial attendance, or dismissal results in forfeiture of payment.
  • All required course instruction must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days of the original enrollment date.
  • No partial credit, prorated refunds, or temporary certificates will be issued.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a student initiates a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • The Clinic reserves the right to provide documentation verifying enrollment, attendance records, signed contracts, and instructional delivery.
  • Fraudulent or improper disputes may result in denial of services.
  • Outstanding balances may be pursued as permitted under Georgia law.

Price Changes

The contract price for the Six (6) Hour Course is currently fixed at $95.00.

Any future price adjustments will apply only to new enrollments and will not affect paid registrations.
